A: Yes, If you have a sound business model and systems which can be duplicated, you are franchise ready mainly because franchising is a process. Just think, Mc Donalds didn't start with the Filet-O-Fish, Mc Flurries, Mc Cafe or wrapping made with recyclable wrappers. It was a process. Many of the successful franchises today started their development when they only had one location. Even if the franchisor is planning to open a second location, it is best to establish the new location as the first franchise model. We will spend more time discussing your readiness during your first consultation.
A: The overall building and development process will take 6-12 months. If necessary, we can expedite your business/franchise development program to 3-4 months, when there are franchisee waiting to purchase units. We require our franchisors to meet or check in with our team on a biweekly basis.
A: Each case is different and unique. The amount a franchisor will gain in revenue will vary based on the profitability of products and services. We will provide our clients with a projected forecast that will include unit sales, royalties. Additional revenue may also be gained by products sold to franchisees, such as equipment, supplies, uniforms, etc.
